Future residents of 18 Avenue de Triomphe can choose from 576 residential units, which will all have their own balconies, affording residents stunning views of the Eastwood, Ortigas, and Fort Bonifacio cityscapes as well as the Antipolo mountains.

It’s all about cultivating your passion, finding inspiration, and seizing the right opportunities.

Such is the mindset of today’s generation of self-made achievers—a breed of hardworking individuals who are naturally drawn to communities that share and celebrate their passion to succeed. A highly enabling environment in an equally strategic location appeals to these young professionals, knowing all too well that it can allow them to embrace the favorable opportunities that come their way.

It is within this premise that property giant Megaworld Corp. is creating its newest township development, Arcovia City.

FEATURED STORIES

This exciting mixed use community—which is conveniently close to key business districts such as Fort Bonifacio, Ortigas Center and Makati—is seen to empower today’s workforce to aspire for even bigger and loftier ambitions.

“Arcovia City is all about self-made success and is designed to inspire people to embrace their ‘turn to be great.’ We envisioned Arcovia City to rise as a township that offers opportunities to cultivate passions with features that encourage communities to celebrate their milestones,” explained Megaworld executive vice president and chief strategy officer Kevin L. Tan.

“Our vision for this new township is to inspire the young generation to persevere and work harder to attain their own successes and victories in life. There is a deeper story embedded into this development, and we will tell that story through the installations and attractions around the township,” Tan added.

Haven for passionate individuals

Rising along the bustling landscape of C5 in Pasig City, the 12.4-ha Arcovia City is poised to become a haven for passionate individuals and young professionals alike.

Designed with Megaworld’s pioneering live-work-play concept in mind, this P35-billion development is set to offer residential condominiums that are conducive for growing families, a retail hub, and state-of-the-art office towers.

A most remarkable showpiece in the township is the Arco del Emperador, a 62-foot arch monument inspired by the Arco de la Victoria of Madrid.

Designed by Spanish sculptor Gines Serran Pagan, the monument has bronze statues of three horses, two lions—one named Pride and another named Passion—two trumpeting angels and the Emperor on a chariot, which dramatically symbolizes power, strength, passion, and self-made success. The ground level of the monument will house a museum, which will become another major attraction of the township.

Megaworld is now simultaneously constructing its first office tower—the 17-storey One Paseo that offers 23,000 sqm of leasable spaces—and a lifestyle mall that has its own walk parks, viewing deck, and leisure facilities.

Over 1,000 trees will meanwhile line the major roads within the Arcovia City township, highlighting Megaworld’s commitment to further reduce the carbon footprint of its integrated developments. This greening feature will also help provide an outdoor thermal comfort for the future residents, workers, tenants, and visitors of the township.

Home for young achievers

Rising within Arcovia City meanwhile is the 37-storey 18 Avenue de Triomphe, the township’s first residential development.

Here, future residents will be offered a distinct lifestyle that will complement their aspirations—given its strategic location, proximity to key institutions and establishments, down to its varied offerings and building amenities.

The 18 Avenue de Triomphe features, among others, its own swimming pool, a children’s playground, an outdoor fitness park, game and entertainment room, fitness center, event hall, outdoor lounge, and a viewing deck, overlooking the various attractions of the township including the iconic Arco del Emperador.

Future residents can choose from 576 residential units of varying cuts including a studio (up to 32.5 sqm); one-bedroom (up to 63 sqm); two-bedroom (up to 110.5 sqm); or a three-bedroom (up to 154 sqm) unit. All units will have their own balconies, affording residents stunning views of the Eastwood, Ortigas, and Fort Bonifacio cityscapes as well as the Antipolo mountains.

Residents will surely revel in the magnificence of the 18 Avenue de Triomphe upon its target completion by 2023.
