PROPERTY Developer Philippine Realty and Holdings Corp. has poured in more than P1 billion in additional investments in its residential tower project Andrea North Skyline Tower project in New Manila to speed up its completion by mid-2010.
The completion of the residential tower, in turn, is the remaining hurdle to Philrealty?s exit from a court-assisted rehabilitation. Model units will be made available for viewing by yearend 2009.
The Skyline project is the first component of the five-luxury tower condominium cluster in the Andrea North gated community inspired by The Alexandra, an earlier Philrealty project beside the Tektite Towers in Ortigas Center which pioneered gated communities with lush greenery.
The 32-storey Andrea Skyline Tower will have 340 units, 200 of which will have sizes ranging from 45 to 206 square meters and will be offered from P3 million to P12 million.
