No Chickenjoy? That’s #ChickenSad

MANILA, Philippines—Don’t be sad, Chickenjoy will be back.

Jollibee Foods Corp. announced Thursday that a number of branches in Metro Manila and in surrounding cities “are currently operating on a limited menu.”

“This is a result of our ongoing major systems upgrade which we are undertaking to further improve our service delivery,” Harvey Ong, Jollibee vice president for marketing, said.

Ong said the “limited menu” problem was only temporary.

“We are committed to having all our products – including Chickenjoy, Jolly Spaghetti and Yumburgers – available again in all our affected stores soonest,” he said.
