Calmar Land Development Corp. (Calmar Land) is poised to alter the residential skyline of Mandaluyong City and the quality of life of Filipino families opting for condominium living in Metro Manila with its newest project, Cidades Park.

Cidades Park is strategically located on Samat Street, near Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong and nestling within the business district of Ortigas. The project features two 11-story mixed-use condominiums with just 7 floors of residential units, including 14 garden units, 3 podium levels and podium amenities.

According to MaryBel Calayan, managing director of Calmar Land, the company will provide condominium buyers more sensible and desirable living solutions to make the condo experience of city-based families more comfortable.

“Cidades Park will literally rise from one of the highest points in Mandaluyong City,” Calayan said, “even during ‘Ondoy’ and recently during the floods caused by heavy monsoon rain, there was no flood on our project site…”
