To live well is a pursuit now more familiar and long aspired for.

The value and necessity of investing in one’s health and well-being have become more pronounced than ever, especially in recent years. This prompted many to earnestly pursue a more holistic approach to wellness seeking for healthier environments as well as sustainable spaces designed to be relaxing, restorative, and conducive for that much coveted work-life balance.

20 years of living well

On this front, Alveo Land continues to fittingly show over the last 20 years what it means to live well. Alveo, which comes from the Latin word salveo, meaning “to be well,” constantly reimagines spaces alongside the incessant changes in demand, preferences, and the landscape. It has also long recognized the importance of creating healthy and livable communities, in line with the sustainability ethos of its parent firm, Ayala Land.

Today, this upscale residential arm of Ayala Land touts a portfolio of exemplary communities and upscale developments that have been enabling people to live and work well in the Philippines.

Investment in wellness

A 2018 research by the Global Wellness Institute (GWI) entitled “Build Well to Live Well” pointed out that “since our homes are typically our most personal investment and expenditure, it is only logical that they should also be an investment in our health and well-being.” The GWI report further explained that wellness is multidimensional and holistic. And as such, wellness real estate should be able to “protect and enhance the health and well-being of its occupants across multiple wellness dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, and financial.”

This became especially apparent over the last two years, which underscored the importance of homes as bastions of health and wellness. In 2021, GWI’s report stated that the pandemic “forced us to see our homes and our built environments in a new light—as the protectors and enablers of good health. With our homes becoming a first line of defense against COVID-19, wellness real estate is now quickly moving from elective to essential.”

Alveo Land understands that homes and communities are more than just investments in a resilient and lucrative real estate industry, but are to be regarded as vital investments in one’s wellness. Its developments continue to offer numerous ways for residents and locators to live well and work well. There are ample parks, pocket spaces and breathing room provided in its developments, even in an urban setting. Locations chosen ensure proximity to nature, schools, offices, places of worship and leisure centers. Well-thought-out amenities help encourage an active, well-balanced lifestyle, while masterplanned layouts both in and out of living spaces are conducive to raising families, maximizing personal time, or growing businesses. All these are reasons why Alveo Land continues to stand out over the last 20 years.

Testaments

Alveo Land’s 66 projects to date are spread out across 12 key locations nationwide, serving as concrete testaments to its distinct proposition of living well.

One example is in the 2,290-ha Nuvali, Ayala Land’s masterplanned estate in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, where Alveo has expansive developments such as Treveia, Venare, Mirala, Lumira and Mondia.

In these projects, Alveo residents are afforded the opportunity to live in sustainable, eco-friendly communities that are still steeped in nature with wide open spaces, while still remaining near modern conveniences. Natural parks, multiple pocket spaces and recreational facilities offer ample breathing room and possibilities for living an ideal lifestyle. In addition, thanks to nearby expressways and major thoroughfares, these Alveo communities are highly accessible and connected with their proximity to commercial areas, schools, offices, places of worship, leisure hubs and even travel destinations in the South.

Expansive footprint

Alveo sustained this commitment even in its most recent developments, where it provides spaces that can foster a “living well” experience—no matter where you are in the country.

Broadfield – Laguna

In the South for instance, Alveo has established a strong footprint with multiple projects in Laguna and Cavite. These communities have since been recognized by homebuyers and investors as choice environments for living well. There’s Broadfield, a 120-ha mixed use estate in Biñan, Laguna, that touts a progressive masterplan with a walkable, pedestrian-friendly design; 8 ha of parks and open spaces; as well as sustainability features that puts to the fore site resiliency, eco-efficiency and job generation for the community.

In Cavite, Alveo has both residential and commercial offerings within the 200-ha Evo City, which is being primed into a central business district in South Luzon. Hillside Ridge is its successful residential village in Silang, designed to elevate the ease of modern suburban lifestyles in the area. It will soon be followed by Verdea, a development that sets you right at the heart of nature with its lush greens and crisp, cool breeze blowing through gently undulating terrain.

Each Alveo development is distinct in character, but all offer a seamless fusion of home and community, leisure and work, health and well-being designed for living well. In the metro, there are choice condo developments such as the emerging Astela in Circuit Makati and Orean Place in Vertis North, Quezon City. There’s also The Lattice, Alveo’s upcoming project at the 35-ha Parklinks along C5, which is envisioned to bring to life a “parkside city living experience” for everyday wellness within the “green lung of the metro.” Among The Lattice’s more notable features include its proximity to parks and outdoor areas, which will enable residents to readily enjoy the lush, green spaces and fresh air, as well as access thoughtfully-designed amenities designed for a holistic lifestyle.

Meanwhile, Tryne Enterprise Plaza in Arca South and Stiles Enterprise Plaza in Circuit Makati, offer flexible workspaces-for-sale that create a conducive environment for growing businesses within strategic locations in the city.

Alveo also further showcases its expertise in developments as far north as Pampanga where it has The Greenways, Corvia and its latest, Versala, all located in Alviera. Its growing presence in VisMin include the multi-awarded Solinea in Cebu, Patio Suites Abreeza in Davao and Bayview Heights in Cagayan de Oro, among other projects.

All these developments show that Alveo Land has rightfully gained mastery, skill and proficiency in creating and curating choice spaces over the last 20 years. And there is no doubt that it will continue that pursuit, offering even more opportunities in key areas all across the country to live well, work well and be well today and for years to come.
