Pulag from Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges. It’s a wow experience, he says, to simply enjoy a truly fresh breeze—that’s pollution-free mountain air—while watching the sun rise.
Your log home deck is spacious and conducive to various workouts, such as yoga, boxing and high-intensity interval training.
“The potential is great. We see Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges as a place where people would want to come to relax. And it’s starting to happen. Now, it’s becoming a wedding destination as well. Those who come here to visit the chapel are overwhelmed when they see the vistas because you won’t see anything as pristine as this,” Asperin explains.
According to Asperin, they’ve also planted some 100,000 pine trees throughout the property, allowing you to enjoy the fresh, crisp scent of a pine tree forest. And there’s more where that came from as they have thousands in their nurseries ready for planting once these grow to four feet high.
“That’s why this is really a paradise. When I look out, it’s so refreshing and it’s a private subdivision—a horizontal condominium as we call it,” he adds. This means that while the loghouse itself is owned by the buyer or investor, the land will be proportionately owned by all the target 300 homeowners.
What’s good is that Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges places a premium on health, safety and security, giving homeowners that much needed peace of mind. Buyers and investors can choose from five designs for single-family homes, which can have four, five or six bedrooms. The quadruplex lodge meanwhile offers three-bedroom units.
Each home is guaranteed to maximize the views of the surrounding pine-forested mountains and will be turned over fully furnished, at par of course with the Alphaland standard—stove, appliances, two fireplaces, furniture, decorative furnishings, luxury bed + bath linens, a Japanese hot tub and a sauna. Each home will also be constructed from imported western cedar or pine logs from Scandinavia.
Amenities here include the Clubhouse Inn where you can find a grand fireplace, several sitting and lounging areas, a karaoke room, a fully stocked bar, two indoor dining areas, outdoor dining area, as well as 12 suites here that offer magnificent mountain views. There’s also a mini sports center and helipads, while key services are offered on demand.
