Avida Land Corp., the mid-range brand of Ayala Land Inc., recently unveiled its first residential development within the 700-ha, mixed-use Vermosa estate in Imus, Cavite.

It offers house and lots with adjacent lot option which will allow homeowners to expand their living or outdoor spaces, depending on their family’s needs.

“For example, they can choose to expand the house with additional rooms, a balcony or porch or use the lot for gardens, a greenhouse, gazebo or other outdoor features,” explained Anne Jara, Avida Land South Luzon project strategic management group head.

Avida Verra Settings  features two house designs, “Macy” and “Trista.”  Macy has a standard floor plan of 67 sqm with a minimum lot size of 125 sqm and “Trista” has a floor size of 85 sqm with a minimum lot size of 138 sqm.

Avida Verra Settings Vermosa allows one to have a sanctuary that is both secure and spacious enough for a growing family.

If a buyer chooses the house and lot with adjacent lot option, the Macy house goes up to a lot size of 250 sqm while the Trista will reach up to 276 sqm.

The houses will be in bi-level style in a modern contemporary design with well-thought-out spaces.  Staying true to Ayala Land’s commitment to creating sustainable and energy efficient living spaces, the homes will be built with ample windows, assuring one of a well-ventilated and well-lit environment.

“Our target market for Avida Verra Settings is comprised mostly of upgraders,” disclosed Jara.  “We’re looking at Cavite-based families seeking to upgrade and live in a more secure and complete community, and at some Metro Manila residents who want to relocate to a suburban environment with an active lifestyle,” she added.

Right-sized living spaces at Avida Verra Living within Vermosa, residents of Avida Verra Settings will have access to all the developments in the estate.  It will be a mere five-minute drive from Vermosa Midtown, the estate’s mid-rise commercial area.  There’s also the Vermosa Sports Hub which boasts of an Olympic-size pool, track and field oval and the Philippines’ first sports science laboratory.  Vermosa also houses a campus of De La Salle Santiago Zobel.

Ayala Malls Vermosa, a 65,000-sqm regional mall, is set to open next year.  Other residential projects from Ayala Land Premier and Alveo Land, as well as the Vermosa Church, are already in the pipeline.

Homebuyers can of course expect a healthy, sustainable environment.  Vermosa promises pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and bike lanes.  It will also feature the 14-km Vermosa Greenway, expansive and green open spaces which are designed to encourage wellness and recreational activities.
