Landmark tower in BGC’s new center of gravity
Through A well-conceptualized audio-video presentation, Alveo Land Inc. recently introduced to the media its latest residential development that is about to emerge in Bonifacio Global City.
Called Park Triangle Residences, the new 49-story tower will rise on the 2.3-hectare prime property which is bruited about as Ayala Land Inc.’s standout development in BGC’s prominent northern gateway.
Park Triangle, BGC’s new center of gravity, will be an integrated hub with residential, office, retail and recreational components. The mixed-use development will be located at the intersection of two very important BGC thoroughfares: 32nd Street and 11th Avenue.
32nd Street, BGC’s corporate row, is also the main road leading to the Makati, Ortigas and Quezon City central business districts. On the other hand, 11th Avenue is a vibrant lifestyle strip going through Serendra, Bonifacio High Street and McKinley Parkway, offering dynamic retail and leisure destinations.

The development is a few minutes away from St. Luke’s Medical Center, S&R Membership Shopping Center and other leisure areas so that residents and office workers can be assured that all their needs can be addressed. It is also a few blocks away from the famous Bonifacio High Street retail lane and Bonifacio High Street Central which are touted for having the country’s first 4DX movie theater, and an impressive selection of restaurants and upscale retail stores ready to serve their needs.
Park Triangle is likewise near the best educational institutions in Taguig. Among the top internationally accredited schools with its premises are International School Manila, British School Manila, Manila Japanese School, Enderun Colleges, UP Professional Schools and De La Salle University Bonifacio Global City.
Launched in August last year was Park Triangle Corporate Plaza, Alveo Land’s office condominium, which is expected to stand out in BGC’s corporate office row. Businesses that secure grade A office space options will be provided all the modern conveniences and amenities. For the 30 office floors for locators, there will be five basement parking and 15 high-speed elevators.
Two more office towers will also rise within the district: Park Triangle Corporate Plaza, an office condominium launched by Alveo Land; and Park Triangle Corporate Center with office spaces for lease to BPO and traditional locators. The Park Triangle Corporate Center will start construction in the third quarter of 2017. It is expected to open in the second quarter of 2018.
For recreation, Park Triangle will also house KidZania Manila as the mall’s anchor. Originally from Mexico, this state-of-the-art kids complex is the world’s fastest-growing entertainment center, paving the way for a unique experience targeted for developing the minds of the youth. The internationally popular “edutainment” (education entertainment) center offers children aged 4 to 14 a unique role-playing experience in an indoor theme park.
Ayala Malls Park Triangle will anchor this new lifestyle hub with Park Triangle Residences right on top, crowning the district as its landmark residential component. It occupies the first five levels with premium retail and specialty food concepts, a supermarket and top global fashion brands.
The high-end lifestyle mall will offer over 23,000 square meters of gross leasable area. Residents can have direct access to the mall through elevators from the ground floor and fourth floor.

Park Triangle Residences will be the district’s sole residential project and will become the landmark tower upon entering BGC from the north. “It is located along the main thoroughfares of BGC, offering unmatched accessibility to work, dining, shopping, education, and entertainment scenes,” added Sanchez.
Park Triangle Residences will offer 616 units in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations. It will be sold at P175,000 per square meter. Unit prices range from P6.5 to P44 million. Sizes range from 35 to 232 square meter. The tower will have four levels of residential parking and two levels of commercial parking.
Park Triangle Residences also features a striking Amenity Garden Deck on the fifth level. It offers a 28-meter lap pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzis, trellis garden, a yoga area, lawn, play room, gym, lounge, function room, board room, play room, view deck and a jogging path.
Turnover of units at the Park Triangle Residences will begin in the first quarter of 2021. The Ayala Malls Park Triangle is expected to open in the second quarter of 2018.
