Never underestimate the combined minds and hearts of three women.

In 1994, Matilde P. Robles, Ma. Carmina A. Sotto, and Ma. Melinda A. Bernardino set one goal for the success of their then budding Royale Homes Marketing Corp. (RHMC).

The goal: To serve our fellow men and to achieve our dreams and aspirations of security in communities and homes for self-satisfaction and self-fulfillment. And this mantra has guided the lady entrepreneurs in building a sturdy company in the form of RHMC, a leading real estate marketing organization in the Philippines.

FEATURED STORIES

For 23 years, RHMC has tirelessly sought new information, new technology to cope with the fast-changing landscape of real estate in the Philippines.

The country’s strongest and longest running marketing firm started out with “days filled with tears, heartaches and frustrations.” It was not long after these hard times when the three women found strength in one another and was fueled by a desire to provide a better life for their families.

Beginnings

“Originally we started out as Royale Homes Realty. It was a venture I did with my husband, who is also the president of Sta. Lucia Land Inc. I used to be a sales coordinator also but then we decided that I should try and venture on my own,” said Robles, who is president of RHMC.

“So that’s when we decided to established a marketing group because the people also wanted us to put up one,” she said.

Bernardino, currently the EVP for finance and administration at RHMC, explained that there was a great need to set up a separate marketing team since Sta. Lucia Land, as a company, was already growing while the demand from the clients was likewise getting bigger.

“And we really wanted to be independent and we know that somehow we have the capability. At that time, there were only two marketing firms servicing Sta. Lucia namely Fil-Estate and Asian Pacific,” Bernardino said.

“Sta. Lucia was a developer-owner but the ones who are selling its various property are the marketing arms which (Sta. Lucia president) Exequiel Robles himself designates to exclusively sell a particular project,” Bernardino further noted.

Topnotch marketing firm

Fast-forward to today, RHMC has branches in Urdaneta, Cabanatuan, Pampanga, Cavite and Batangas. Not only have they cemented their reputation as a topnotch marketing arm for Sta. Lucia, they also now provide training development for aspiring sales agents.

Undaunted by the challenges ahead, the three women continues to look forward to the future with optimism and unshakeable faith. They aspire to continue to raise the bar of excellence year by year and to remain a vanguard in the real estate in the industry.

“The work that we do is no mean feat but because of the support that we get and with prayers, we managed to survive even the most trying times. We have gone through numerous economic cycles and we’ve managed to somehow escape unscathed and this is partly due to the support that Mr. Robles has given us and for this, we will forever be grateful,” Bernardino earlier said.
