Globe Business commits to enable continuous IT-BPM growth in PH

The Philippine Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry is one of the best revenue earning and employment generating sector in the past years. Its strength in voice-based services as well as the continuous maturation in non-voice and knowledge process outsourcing shows the promising growth trajectory of the IT-BPM sector.

As of 2014, the industry has grown 5.5 times its size. In 2006, the industry generated USD 18.9B representing 6.5% of the country’s Gross Domestic Product.
