Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) received the Best Boutique Developer for the second consecutive year at the 11th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. TLDC also bagged numerous distinctions for its innovation and diversified portfolio in emerging urban areas.

Aside from being recognized as the Best Boutique Developer, TLDC also received several major awards for its other projects: Best Integrated Work from Home Development for 3Torre Lorenzo, Best Co-living Space for lyf Malate Manila, Best Alternative Accommodation Development for lyf Malate Manila.

PropertyGuru Philippines took note of the outstanding design and amenities, location, value for money, use of space, construction and materials, unique selling points, state of completion and sales success of the developer.

“We at Torre Lorenzo do our best to innovate and come up with new projects for the emerging Philippine market, because we see so much potential,” says TLDC chief executive officer Tomas Lorenzo. “We hope to expand in more areas in the country because it is our goal to bring new ideas and products to more communities.”

It came as no surprise when lyf Malate Manila was named Best Co-living Space and Best Alternative Accommodation. The hip, co-living residence is a one-of-a-kind accommodation managed by international lodging operator The Ascott Limited. All its units are complemented by Instagram-worthy fresh interiors to creative juices to flow and sustain guests throughout the day.

The first lyf property in the Philippines allows digital nomads, technopreneurs, creatives and peripatetic residents to “live your freedom” and thrive in a dynamic environment for living, work and play.

Even the amenities are tailor-fit for modern creatures. Connect pods are available for those wanting private work time. Residents can socialize in the Wash and Hang area while waiting for their laundry to get done. Fitness buffs can sweat it out at the Burn Gym.

A coffee kiosk supplies the daily caffeine fix of those who need it. Collab & Meet areas are available for group discussions or social gatherings.

The 3Torre Lorenzo caters to the growing demands for a new lifestyle of property buyers. With the adoption of a hybrid work setup, 3Torre Lorenzo added work from home features to meet the needs of both university students in the Taft Manila area, and professionals who work in various business centers in the cities of Manila, Pasay and Makati.

A lounge and five meeting rooms are available to promote individual productivity, as well as allow co-working. Residents can de-stress after a long day working or studying in facilities for health and relaxation, such as the Sky Deck, Sky Lounge, 25-meter lap pool, two-level fitness center, yoga/dance studio and a separate three-level retail center to provide the needs of residents and the general public.

The PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards is the most respected and most sought-after real estate industry honors. With a professionally run and supervised judging system, the awards culminate in the Asia Property Awards that sets the gold standard in real estate. TLDC’s first received the PropertyGuru award in 2019 and was honored once again in 2022.

With this new recognition, TLDC is even more determined to pursue expansion outside the National Capital Region. It has completed the expansion of five-star accommodations and amenities at the Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort in the Davao Gulf. TLDC is behind the dusitD2 Davao, regarded as Davao City’s first internationally-branded hotel development, and Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort in Davao de Oro, Mindanao’s first five-star exclusive island development.
