Strong first half drives Haus Talk optimism

/ 02:02 AM August 24, 2022

After booking robust net income growth in the first half, listed real estate firm Haus Talk Inc. (HTI) sees even better operations moving forward due to easing of mobility restrictions and greater interest on property acquisition.

HTI president Maria Rachel Madlambayan, in a statement on Tuesday, said they were bullish on the company’s prospects given the resurgence of property development activities.

“Haus Talk delivers quality, affordable and long-lasting homes to customers and this continued through the last two years. With restrictions easing up further, we anticipate efficient and better builds wherever our projects are located,” Madlambayan said.

“Our marketing and sales team has also seen an increase in interest as buyers have come to realize the importance of investing in their own home, having spent more time in their house during the pandemic,” she added.
