Cathay Land invests P1B
Cathay Land, Inc. is investing P1 billion to put up two new residential condominium projects in South Forbes Golf City, the company said.
In a statement, the company said these projects were the Stanford Suites 3 and the Fullerton Suites.
These are within the 500-hectare South Forbes Golf City—Cathay Land’s biggest township project to date.
Developments in the South of Metro Manila prompted the company to invest in these projects, Cathay Land said.
“Industrial and residential activity is on the uptrend in the south, particularly in the Metro Sta. Rosa-Silang-Tagaytay area. This makes it an opportune time to launch two of our new low-rise condominium projects both for the investor and end-user communities,” said Jeffrey Ng, company president.
Stanford Suites 3 is geared toward young families, retirees and investors given its prime location near Westborough Town Center.
Meanwhile, Fullerton Suites is ideal for young families, educators and businessmen since it is near the upcoming Chiang Kai Shek College near the Sta.Rosa-Tagaytay main road.
The strategic location of Fullerton Suites also gives business-minded residents easy access to the Silang East interchange of the upcoming Cavite-Laguna Expressway, or Calax, the company said.
