Torre Lorenzo inks contract for Dusit Princess Hotel Lipa

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) recently formalized the company’s partnership with Dusit International and Dusit Thani Philippines Inc. to develop Dusit Princess Lipa, the first premium hospitality development in Lipa, Batangas.

The 152-room Dusit Princess Lipa is located in Tierra Lorenzo Lipa. Dubbed as the first urban lifestyle center in Lipa City, the development also houses two residential condominiums. Hotel offerings include an all-day dining restaurant, a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool and function rooms.

“Lipa, Batangas, over the past few years, has exhibited solid economic growth which shows signs that it is an emerging key city. With the addition of Dusit Princess Lipa, Tierra Lorenzo Lipa is expected to change the leisure and real estate landscape in the area,” said TLDC president and CEO Tomas P. Lorenzo.
