Telecommunication giant PLDT Inc. has reported brisk growth in its enterprise segment—the business that caters to large corporations and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), especially those that heavily rely on data, broadband and other digital services.

In a statement, PLDT Wednesday said it continued to post double-digit growth in the enterprise segment in the first half of the year, buoyed by data and broadband services that accounted for nearly 60 percent of enterprise revenue.

Through PLDT’s enterprise segments PLDT Alpha and PLDT SME Nation, the company enables businesses with digital services to improve efficiency and help them serve their customers better through solutions like cloud computing, M2M (machine to machine), managed information and communication technology (ICT) services, and tailor-fit packages suited for different needs of corporations and entrepreneurs.
