Simpro Solutions of Canada putting up BPO facility in PH

Canadian business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Simpro Solutions Inc. is setting up shop in the Philippines.

This makes the Philippines the only Asia Pacific country in Simpro’s operational network.

In a disclosure on Thursday, listed local tech firm Paxys Inc. said it was chosen by Simpro as partner in the Philippines. Both firms have agreed to form a joint venture that they will own equally, to be named Simpro Solutions Philippines.

“We’re focused on finding ways to make sure our customers have access to information they need as quickly and efficiently as possible. This means creating a variety of customer self-serve tools including telephone, back office and online support that fits everyone’s needs,” he said.
