In the first nine months of the year, BNP Paribas secured a lease that contributed to the approximately 200,000 square meters (sq m) of office lease deals Megaworld closed across its developments in Metro Manila and the provinces.
“BNP Paribas’ arrival in Uptown Bonifacio reflects the confidence of global companies in the township as a strategic location for their operations,” said Francis Roxas, head of Megaworld global offices.
The 31-story Uptown Eastgate has around 100,000 sq m of gross leasable area. The LEED Gold-certified building offers floor plates of up to 5,000 sq m, along with smart building systems and sustainable design features suited for multinational and shared services operations.
