DigiPlus doubles net income to P4.2 billion
DigiPlus chair Eusebio Tanco
MANILA, Philippines — DigiPlus Interactive Corp. more than doubled its profit in the first three months of the year to P4.2 billion as its flagship platforms continued to attract patrons.
In a stock exchange filing on Wednesday, the company led by tycoon Eusebio Tanco said its revenues had surged by 69 to P23.06 billion.
This was on the back of higher gains from BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone.
“Our performance in the first quarter shows that we are building not just for scale, but for long-term value creation,” DigiPlus chair Tanco said in a statement.
