Filinvest lights up Clark with night golf at Mimosa Plus
The Filinvest Group, which is celebrating 70 years in business, launched on Friday “night golf” at the Mimosa Plus Golf Course.
Bringing together Filinvest executives, business leaders, and media partners, this exclusive invitational tournament celebrates not only a milestone for Filinvest but also its continued investment in Clark as a hub for growth, tourism, and progress.
“Mimosa Plus represents our vision for Clark—a place where business, leisure, and sustainable development converge to create lasting value for Filipinos. As we light up the fairways tonight, we also reaffirm our commitment to shaping Clark into a world-class destination that drives employment, investments, and economic opportunities,” said Rhoda Huang, president and CEO of Filinvest Development Corp. at the ceremonial tee-off held Friday.
The event is part of Filinvest’s year-long 70th-anniversary celebration, highlighting the company’s journey from a humble financing business in 1955 to a diversified conglomerate with key investments in real estate, banking, power, hospitality, infrastructure, and sugar—industries that are vital to national development.
Mimosa Golf Plus, featuring a state-of-the-art Golf Academy with a 48-bay driving range facility, serves as the centerpiece of Filinvest Mimosa Plus Leisure City, embodying Filinvest’s vision to transform Clark into a premier integrated leisure and business hub. This estate is also home to Quest Plus Conference Center Clark, Work Plus Office Campus, Bay 49 and Baker J (overlooking the golf course) as well as RARE Bar & Grill, a premium steakhouse and bar.
Filinvest is also set to launch Filinvest Malls Mimosa with approximately 21,00 sqm of gross leasable area, and new restaurant concepts at Filinvest Shoppes Mimosa, bringing more retail, dining, and entertainment options to the growing community. These developments reinforce Filinvest’s commitment to enhancing Clark’s tourism appeal, creating jobs, and driving long-term economic growth in Central Luzon.
“For 70 years, Filinvest has been in the business of nation-building—turning dreams into reality, creating opportunities, and ensuring that development benefits Filipinos from all walks of life. Our investment in Clark is a testament to our belief in its potential to become a key driver of economic and social progress,” added Huang.
