This initiative aligns with SMDC’s dedication to enriching urban living by fostering a deeper appreciation for culture.

“At SMDC, we have always believed that beyond building our developments, we have a responsibility to create spaces that inspire, uplift, and enrich lives. Through this partnership with the National Museum of the Philippines, we reaffirm our commitment to safeguarding and promoting Filipino heritage, ” said Grace M. Sta. Ana, SMDC Executive Vice President and Head of Core Operations.

SMDC’s dedication to cultural preservation extends to its developments in the MOA Complex and Roxas Boulevard, where its Bayside Living communities are strategically located near key cultural institutions. Residents can immerse themselves in the country’s rich heritage with easy access to landmarks such as the Cultural Center of the Philippines, Intramuros, Rizal Park, and the National Museum Complex, fostering a deeper connection to the arts and history.

SMDC is committed to integrating culture into modern urban living by creating communities that go beyond residential spaces. Its developments, in proximity to cultural spaces, serve as platforms for artistic expression, education, and heritage appreciation—supporting a broader vision of city life where the past and future coexist seamlessly.

“Through this multi-year commitment, SMDC is setting a new benchmark for corporate engagement in cultural preservation, demonstrating that real estate development and heritage conservation can go hand in hand. By supporting museums, exhibitions, and educational programs, SMDC is helping ensure that Filipino heritage remains relevant and accessible for generations to come, ” said Sta. Ana.

SM Supermalls is further strengthening this initiative by leveraging its extensive network to promote cultural awareness and accessibility. Through dedicated marketing efforts, SM Supermalls will expand the reach of the National Museum’s programs, exhibitions, and educational initiatives— ensuring more Filipinos can engage with and appreciate the country’s rich heritage.
