GCash says bank transfer glitch now resolved
MANILA, Philippines — GCash said it already resolved the bank transfer glitch which hounded the e-wallet platform on Friday.
Earlier, the Ayala-backed mobile payments company announced its bank transfer feature via BancNet had issues.
But in a statement on Facebook, GCash said: “BancNet has already resolved the Instapay Bank Transfer issue.”
“Instapay Bank Transfer service to GCash is now available,” it added.

Article continues after this advertisementThose affected by the glitch will have their money back within 24-48 hours, it said.
This is the second glitch that affected the mobile fintech app this month.
Previously, an “internal glitch” caused unauthorized deduction on balances of GCash users.
