Araneta Group eyes completion of third Cyberpark tower in Q2 2025

MANILA, Philippines — The Araneta Group of Companies on Thursday said it is looking to complete the construction of the new expansion tower for its Cubao cyberpark in 2025, its latest bid in positioning the P25-billion tech hub as a premier business destination in the country.

The company held a topping-off ceremony for Cyberpark Tower 3, citing the event as a significant milestone for the 30-story office building which it said is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified state-of-the-art facility.

“Cyberpark 3 is more than just a building. It is a symbol of our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence,” Araneta City head of marketing Marjorie C. Go said in a statement.

“We are excited to soon share this development and provide a premier workspace that caters to the evolving needs of various businesses,” she added.

The firm highlighted the significance of the LEED certification of the building, describing it as a show of commitment to making a positive impact on the community and the environment.

Cyberpark 3 will use renewable energy solutions, energy-efficient double-glazed ribbon windows, a rainwater collection system, and solar panels, among others.

Further, the company highlighted it as a major expansion of its five-tower cyber park, one of the leading business districts in Metro Manila.

Cyberpark 3, features 28 levels of office space, three basement parking levels, and two floors of retail space.

The property has about 2,500-square-meter (sqm) floor area per level and a gross floor area of 80,000 sqm, excluding the basement.

The Araneta Group of Companies said the building is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities, including a 100 percent backup power and a smart elevator system designed to enhance efficiency and user experience.

The building is expected to open by the second quarter of 2025, likely in May, with a big-name tenant engaged in information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) already on board, according to the company.

The Araneta City is managed by the Araneta City Inc. (ACI) one of the five business units of the Araneta Group of Companies which is focused on property development, food service, leisure and entertainment, and hospitality.
