The NGCP also earlier announced the implementation of MLD in Noreco II (Pulantubig, Bagacay, Dauin, and Siaton Substations), Negros Oriental, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

“NGCP’s Amlan-Dumaguete 138kV Line, certified as an Energy Project of National Significance (EPNS), is intended to address the overloading of the existing 69kV line and asks for the support of the communities, the local government, and other stakeholders in the completion of this critical project,” it said.
