Delivering the perfect urban, rural blend

General Trias stands out as a thriving and welcoming city for those who seek residence in a vibrant but comfortable location.

For many homebuyers and investors, location has always been a priority.

Most opt for a property in thriving, highly accessible city centers where opportunities and modern comforts abound. Some however started exploring areas outside the capital region, still choosing favorable locations while steering clear of the frenetic pace of life often associated with Metro Manila.

Attractive choice

One example is Cavite, which has remained an attractive choice for many, owing to its proximity to Metro Manila, which can be easily accessed via the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Expressway (Naiax), the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Cavite Expressway (Cavitex). At the same time, it is host to numerous establishments and institutions that assure residents of contemporary conveniences right within this province.

Among the cities and municipalities of Cavite, General Trias City stands out as a thriving and welcoming city for those who seek residence in a vibrant but comfortable location.

First class component city

After becoming a component city in 2015, investments have poured into General Trias. Today, it is recognized as a first-class component city with 33 barangays, and a population of 450,583 people according to the latest Census of the Philippine Statistics Authority.

With a total land area of 117.68 sq km, General Trias City has attracted several investments to host its own industrial parks and economic zones that continue to contribute significantly to the province’s economy, while generating quality jobs for the region. Blend of urban and rural

What makes General Trias an attractive option for homebuyers is because it offers the perfect blend of urban and rural living.
