Aside from being one of the most competitive and most business-friendly cities in Calabarzon Region, General Trias also serves a gateway to other key areas in Cavite and nearby provinces. Expressways, national roads, and bridges have made connectivity and transportation easy for the residents of General Trias to travel and start business ventures in nearby municipalities and cities of Cavite like Noveleta, Imus, Kawit, Dasmariñas, Silang, Amadeo, Tanza, and Rosario.

First class component city

After becoming a component city in 2015, investments have poured into General Trias. Today, it is recognized as a first-class component city with 33 barangays, and a population of 450,583 people according to the latest Census of the Philippine Statistics Authority.

With a total land area of 117.68 sq km, General Trias City has attracted several investments to host its own industrial parks and economic zones that continue to contribute significantly to the province’s economy, while generating quality jobs for the region. Among the in-demand industries in the city are manufacturing and semiconductor.

General Trias City is also largely seen as a residential town and many prominent property developers have invested in the city to put up integrated communities here. Aside from private companies, the government also built several of its socialized housing projects in General Trias.

Blend of urban and rural

What makes General Trias an attractive option for homebuyers is because it offers the perfect blend of urban and rural living. There are enough schools, hospitals, banks, malls, commercial establishments, business districts, tourist destinations, and leisure areas to sustain the city, but at the same time, it has maintained green open fields for a more laidback and relaxed living experience.
