In September, this premier developer clinched multiple recognitions at the prestigious PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards. These awards do not only acknowledge Federal Land’s commitment to deliver extraordinary experiences but also position it on the global stage as it competed for “Best in Asia” titles at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards in Thailand.

Nomura Co. Ltd. and GFP Architects, who collaborated for the interior design of the mall, incorporated, for example, structures such as “Sando” and “Tori-niwa” to symbolize cultural ties between two nations.

Besides PropertyGuru, Federal Land has also bagged awards from other prestigious bodies including International Property Awards, Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations (Creba) and Lamudi Philippines.
