Culinary geniuses
With these month-long festivities, Solaire Resort gathers world-renowned culinary geniuses decorated with a cumulative of 10 Michelin Star Chefs, plus a league of beverage maestros and sommeliers for a week of “Gastronomic Indulgence” in five of its homegrown restaurants.
Finestra Italian Steakhouse will host Chef Enrico Bartolini who holds 3 Michelin Stars together with Luis de Santos an internationally acclaimed Master Sommelier and mixology legend Salvatore Calabrese or better known as “The Maestro”. With his mix of Japanese and European heritage, Chef Tohru Nakamura brings his 2 Michelin Star modern Eurasian haute cuisine at Yakumi side by side sake master Hakihiro Igarashi.
Gastronomic indulgence by Michelin Star chefs
Famously known as the Demon Chef, 2 Michelin Star awardee Alvin Leung shakes things up at Red Lantern with his innovative cooking with Master Sommelier Elyse Lambert taking charge of the wine selections. Dessert dining innovator Chef Rene Frank shows his unique and unexpected creations at Oasis Garden Cafe which have garnered him his 2 Michelin Stars and the title as the “World’s Best Pastry Chef of 2022”. Masterpieces that evoke the senses reign at Waterside from acclaimed Michelin Star Chef Rui Silvestre with Head Sommelier Eangelbert Guina taking charge of the complementing wine program.

Other beverage figures also joining are entrepreneur and sommelier Gerald Damasco, Remy Martin/Cointreau’s Kate Osmillo and Don Papa’s Audrey Gustilo, multi-awarded master mixologist Antonio Lai, The Dalmore’s Master Distiller Dalmore Greg Glass, and whisky expert and author of the annual “Whisky Bible”, Jim Murray.
