Trusted brand Camella has mapped out a strategic expansion plan that will see the launch of 10 new projects and towers this year to serve a significant pent-up demand for quality built residences.
The mid-market residential arm of Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. sees this move as a way to give Filipino families more opportunities for homeownership, as these upcoming projects will further widen its already extensive portfolio of offerings. Indeed, this planned expansion will not only solidify Camella’s already strong foothold in the regional markets, but will more importantly signal its staunch commitment to provide modern, conducive dwelling spaces for Filipinos as well as its continued confidence in the Philippine real estate sector.
“We are setting the trend for innovation as we build and expand in ways never seen before—Camella takes on 2022 unimpeded as we tirelessly fulfill our commitment to provide every Filipino family the opportunity of home ownership,” said Jerylle Luz C. Quismundo, chief operating officer of Vista Land.
“The demand for quality -built homes and condominium developments in the regions for Filipino families continues to be our inspiration to build and expand into more growth areas,” she added.
At the same time, these exciting ventures and new partnerships will further ensure an unprecedented growth for the brand, said Quismundo.
Nationwide expansion
For horizontal developments, seven projects are set to be unveiled this year.
These include the 10-hectare Camella Santa Rosa, rising within the first class municipality of Santa Rosa in Nueva Ecija, and the Camella Alta Santiago, which is located within the coastal province of Isabela.
In the South, this Vista Land brand will have Camella Quezon, which will offer a Tuscan-inspired community to those who would want to call Isabang—a barangay bordering the cities of Lucena and Tayabas in Quezon province—as their new home. Camella Verano San Juan meanwhile will rise in San Juan, a first class municipality in Batangas famous for its beautiful beaches, mangroves and ancestral homes, among other tourist attractions.
Dasmariñas City, a thriving industrial and educational hub in Cavite, will be the site of the soon-to-open exclusive community called Camella Praverde. Future residents are afforded opportunities for growth, education, business and employment as Dasmariñas is touted to be among the key players of Cavite’s economic growth.
For one, the city is home to eight economic zones and industrial estates including the Cavite Industrial Estates (FCIE), Molave Compound and Dasmariñas Technopark. It has also been dubbed as Cavite’s “university capital,” owing to the presence of several large educational institutions here.
Further down south in Mindanao, Camella also continues to break new grounds. Camella Trails will soon rise in the highly urbanized General Santos City, which has long held the title, “Tuna Capital of the Philippines” while Camella Zamboanga is a highly anticipated residential development in the Zamboanga peninsula.
Additional towers will also be launched for three of its condominium developments namely Camella Manors Lipa in Batangas; Camella Manors Verdant, which is located in the world renowned premier destination that is Palawan; and Camella Manors Frontera in Davao.

As it further beefs up its portfolio of offerings, Camella makes it even easier for more Filipino families to realize their lifelong dream of having their own homes.
