Xiaomi Philippines set to open first-ever Exclusive Service Center in PH

/ 06:04 PM December 18, 2021

Xiaomi Philippines is set to launch its first Exclusive Service Center on December 18 to cater to the needs of the Filipinos and provide the best experience for all of its customers. Located in Market! Market! in Bonifacio Global City, Xiaomi users are welcome to bring their mobile devices that require servicing, from smartphones to the Xiaomi Pad 5, and have them looked at by the Xiaomi service representatives.

“Xiaomi Philippines is committed to providing the best experience for all of its Xiaomi customers. Through the opening of our first Exclusive Filipino users from their Service Center, we aim to offer a seamless experience from the time they purchase the products and until their need for aftersales support. With this, we hope our customers know that we aim to address any support they need with their Xiaomi devices.

Those who will join the official opening of the first ever Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center will get a chance to avail special promos and freebies.

What awaits the brand’s customers at the Exclusive Service Center are more of their VIP services, including free screen replacements for accidental damage, extended warranty, and even device replacement, along with a sneak-peek of their upcoming devices.

Customers, upon arrival at the Xiaomi Exclusive Center, can present their smartphones or Xiaomi Pad at the Service Receiving Desk. The representative will then assess the unit and check information about the warranty of the device. Afterwards, a service order claim will be issued, which sums up the device’s details and concerns or issues.

Quick fix cases can be ready within the day. But devices with more complex cases may take around 3-5 days. While waiting, customers can check the status of their repairs in-person at the service center or by getting in touch with Xiaomi’s contact centers:

  • (GLOBE): 1-800-8386-5529

At present, there are authorized Service Centers and Collection/Drop-off points nationwide. Service hours, however, vary on the location of these centers, depending on the mall’s or establishment’s operation hours.

Last year, Xiaomi only had 10 service centers, so the brand ramped up its Customer Service efforts by establishing its very own Xiaomi Contact Center in the Philippines and also in the United States of America. Soon, Xiaomi is eyeing to open more exclusive service centers in key central locations across the country, like Cebu, Davao, North Luzon, and South Luzon.

Xiaomi’s product line now covers three areas—smartphones, smart devices connected to Xiaomi’s IoT platform, and non-smart products. It’s the non-smart products that captured our attention. How does a company that sells smartphones turn to selling microwaves, rice cookers, and this handheld vacuum cleaner?

The Xiaomi Exclusive Service Center in Market! Market! is open every day, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the center is only allowed to accommodate an average of 30 to 50 customers per day.
