Wilcon Depot opens new branch in Quezon City—its 65th retail store nationwide
Wilcon Depot, my favorite one-stop-shop home store, recently opened its 65th retail store in Quezon City.
Shoppers can explore Wilcon Depot Capitol Commonwealth, a spacious three-story outlet that is a truly exceptional haven for homeowners and builders alike—offering a wide variety of home improvement and construction supplies. All valued Wilcon customers can experience the satisfaction of shopping in Wilcon daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Quezon City, a premier city recognized as a bustling business and commercial district, is also home to the first Wilcon store, which was put up in 1977 along Quezon Avenue. The company initially served limited furnishing products within its 60-sqm. Today, Quezon City is home to 10 Wilcon stores.
Wilcon Depot hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony in its new location led by company president and CEO Lorraine Belo-Cincochan and SEVP-COO Rosemarie Ong. They were joined by local government officials of Quezon City and esteemed industry partners and suppliers. To make this opening more special and memorable for its customers, Wilcon offered an exclusive 5 percent discount on all its items with its Opening Day Sale.
“Wilcon Depot Capitol, Commonwealth, our 10th store in Quezon City, serves as the newest shopping destination for all homeowners and builders in the city. One of the company’s top priorities is to bring our valued customers the high-quality products and excellent customer service while providing a safe shopping experience. We are here to help them fulfill their dream homes—making home building and improvement easier and more convenient,” said Ong.

Others might want to check out its online shop so they can just “Browse, Call, and Collect or Deliver.” And to make shopping here more rewarding, Wilcon offers a loyalty program via the Wilcon Loyalty mobile app, which offers exclusive perks and discounts.
Currently, Wilcon has a total of 65 retail stores nationwide, 18 of which are in Metro Manila while the rest are spread across the country.
“We’re off to a good start with the recent opening of our Wilcon Depot Makato branch last Jan. 15 and now we’re here in Capitol, Commonwealth—our 65th store nationwide. We are targeting to open eight more stores this year as we keep track with our store expansion campaign, #FlyingHighTo100, wherein we aim to have a total of 100-strong store network by 2025, barring from any unexpected external factors. This is in line with our intention to bring our products and services closer to more Filipinos across the country,” Belo-Cincochan said.
