China Bank partners with Multisys
Sy family-led China Banking Corp. has beefed up its digital platform to better enable corporate clients to adapt to fast-evolving cash management requirements. The bank has teamed up with leading software solutions company MultiSys Technologies Corp. (MultiSys) to provide innovative cash management solutions. These include expanding the bank’s electronic collection channels and e-commerce solutions to empower business customers, especially the small and medium enterprises, to do business online and facilitate electronic collection. China Bank sees limitless business cases arising from this partnership.
The bank will henceforth be able to provide partner merchants and business customers with a digital platform to accept cash payments on behalf of institutional and regional institutions, gather collected funds from agents, facilitate the payment of overseas Filipino workers, load e-wallets, transfer funds, cash-out transactions for systems, applications and product disbursements, purchase e-tickets or book transportation. “The pandemic has changed the game and we are committed to deliver game-changing solutions for the benefit of our customers. Our partnership with Multisys is in line with our strategy to fast track and scale up our ongoing digitization efforts to make banking progressively easier, safer and more inclusive,” China Bank chief operating officer Romeo Uyan said.
