Face shield brand MS Pro with superior lenses headed to PH; pre-orders sold out

The demand for surging new face shield brand MS Pro from netizens and corporations has overtaken supply, but its creators assured that a steady stream of inventory would be available beginning Sep.  25.

“Our MS Pro face shields are completely sold out till the third week of the month,” said Kym Aguilar, vice president of Must Shop Pharma and Medical Supplies Trading, the principal company behind this popular new breakthrough product.

“People these days are going out of their way to find high-quality face shields that look good and last long as well as being reliably protected and inexpensive,” Aguilar added. “We’re so proud of this product because we’re confident that not only are we offering something great, we’re offering something different.”

The cheaper and more commonly used face shields that have recently been dominating the Philippine market have been found to scratch quickly or break easily and need to be thrown away for safety reasons after just two to three days of use. This is because a very large majority of these products use acetate for their lenses.

“An MS Pro face shield will last you over two years because the lens is made of the same special core material that almost all high-end luxury eyewear brands around the world are made of,” explained CEO Raisa Ong. “They’re scratch-resistant, anti-fog, unisex, comfortable, durable, easily washable, and — most importantly — each shield contains a crucial property that doesn’t strain the user’s eyesight regardless of time. These precise specifications were non-negotiable priorities to us from the very start.”

An MS Pro face shield has a thickness of 1.5 mm and complies perfectly with the Philippine government’s legal requirement to cover your entire face (instead of just the upper half) without making the user look over-sized or too aggressive.

“It also has UV protection, which I think everyone knows has been widely recommended by medical communities around the world for years,” added Aguilar.

MS Pro face shields retail between P750 to P1,000 each, depending on the style. Each shield is said to last at least 24 months, are universally appealing, and have multiple designs fit for both the young and the professional.

As of this moment, the Philippine face shield market is being dominated by two players:

On one end of the spectrum is a hip/loud/stylish/brash/juvenile/internationally positioned brand making waves on social media at a retail price of around P4,500 to P4,800 per piece, while on the opposite end is an extremely in-demand yet fragile/low quality/high volume/necessarily disposable/short-term/volatile brand from China made of plastic acetate currently commanding the complete and unbridled attention of Filipino agents, resellers, importers and back end political lobbyists at a price point of just P13 to P23 per piece.

This monumental gap in the local market is bizarre (to say the least) and one of its most advantageous side effects is that it has created a clear and logical path of entry for a high-quality, reasonably priced, professionally designed face shield like MS Pro.

“I think it’s important to point out that Kym and I have made it a point to give very, very affordable prices to wholesale buyers as she and I both started our careers in that exact spot,” announced Ong. “We fully understand what it’s like to grind as a reseller and want all of our resellers to know that we have their backs during these tough times. Pre-orders for our September 25 supply can be processed through our main Facebook page at www.FB.com/MSProOfficial. Our entire team is beyond grateful at this point. We can’t say thank you enough.”

“One of the best parts of this journey so far is when we received a text on Facebook Messenger from Lucky Manzano who ordered multiple pieces,” narrated Aguilar. “I almost fell off my chair! We offered to give him and his lovely girlfriend Jessy Mendiola free products, but Lucky was such a gentleman and insisted on paying. Now we have so many celebrities pre-ordering. LA Tenorio and his corporate clients have been fantastic. And people very close to our government like Franco Mabanta and Paolo Bediones have opened so many doors. The entire situation is like a dream come true.”

Raisa Ong and Kym Aguilar are both single mothers.

Must Shop Pharma and Medical Supplies is registered under both under the Department of Trade and Industry and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
