Despite the challenges brought about by the pandemic, there is one silver lining we can appreciate. The pandemic has forced our country to improve and expand its digital solutions, thus enabling even small business to carry out their operations online.

When it comes to the real estate industry, this re-emergence of the digital age would definitely propel the industry forward. Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and foreign investors would be more informed and enabled when it comes to purchasing properties in our country.
