PH may be tapped to replace China as supplier

Companies are now looking into expanding their supply chain and tapping the Philippines as a source after COVID-19 has slowed down production from China, Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez said. He said major companies around the world are now looking to diversify their sources, adding that the Philippines could benefit from this development. —Leila B. Salaverria
