Affordable residential developer PHirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) recently unveiled PHirst Park Homes Calamba in Laguna as it seeks to further expand its presence in the region.
The 9-hectare project will have a total of 891 units and a projected total sales value of P1.5 billion. PHirst Park Homes Calamba is a follow up to PPHI's successful developments in Tanza, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas; San Pablo, Laguna; and Pandi, Bulacan, which collectively sold so far a total of 4,630 homes valued at P7.7 billion.
“The Calamba project is our fourth residential community in Calabarzon and the second project in Laguna under the PHirst Park Homes brand,” said PPHI president Ricky Celis. “This is also the fifth of 15 masterplanned communities that we are rolling out as part of our business plan to launch 33,000 homes by 2023 and help address the country’s housing backlog.”
A mere one and a half hours away from Metro Manila via South Luzon Expressway’s Mayapa or Batino exits, the gated residential community is strategically located near commercial centers, churches, hospitals, schools, tourist spots and major transport hubs.
As with all PHirst Park Homes projects, PHirst Park Homes Calamba bears the developer’s signature 4Cs: complete, conceptive, connected and convenient.
Conceptive amenities are provided for the enjoyment of residents. Bike lanes and jogging paths as well as activity nodes with the Lil Wum Climber, Butterfly Net, Adult Fitness Station, Monkey Bars, Chinning Bars, Foot Reflexology and Basketball Court aim to encourage health and wellness. PHirst Park Homes Calamba will also house a community clubhouse with a main pool, kiddie pool, shower room and parking area.
WiFi zones and a shuttle service promise to keep everybody connected. A convenient and simplified selling and buying experience is promised to those who are interested in being a part of the PHirst Park Homes Calamba community.
PPHI is gearing up for a 13-ha development in Nasugbu, Batangas, which is expected to launch before the year ends. It will be comprised of 1,021 units. Both Calamba and Nasugbu projects are seen to generate an estimated P3.5 billion in total sales value from 1,912 units and additional 22 hectares of land bank for the company. The launch of PPHI’s two projects before year end is in keeping with the company’s goal of rolling out 33,000 homes by 2023.
“With the consistently strong market demand, PHirst Park Homes continues to be bullish in expanding its footprint in key growth centers in Luzon. We hope families can also take advantage of the opportunity this season to own a brand-new house and lot at a very good price,” Celis disclosed.
PHirst Park Homes is a joint venture company of Century Properties Group with Japan’s global business enterprise Mitsubishi Corp.
