1984
DATEM is founded and incorporated by Engr. Levy V. Espiritu, Engr. Morris S. Agoncillo and Arch. Arnold P. De Asis
1989 – 1994
The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) conferred the Category A license to DATEM. This laid the groundwork for the launch of landmark projects such as The Turf Club of the Manila Jockey Club in Cavite, Royal Palm Hotel in Manila, and Gateway Business Park in Cavite, to name a few.
1995 – 1996
DATEM rose to become a Category AA contractor, rapidly gaining ground for record-speed project completions.
The company incorporated DATEMFORM, a partnership with an international firm specializing in formworks and precast technology with the goal of providing cost-effective and innovative solutions to construction requirements.
1998
The company constructed Power Plant Mall by Rockwell in Makati, in partnership with Leighton Australia.
DATEM also completed the construction of the ELJ Communications Center in Quezon City, through pioneering the use of precast technology. The build was done in record time as well, setting a new standard in construction.
2000
DATEM was accredited as a Category AAA contractor by PCAB. It also embarked on a joint venture agreement with Makati Development Corp. (MDC) for the redevelopment of Greenbelt 2, 3 and 4.
2000-2006
The company entered its 20th year in the industry with a series of prominent projects such as Market! Market! and Serendra 1 and 2 in Taguig, and The Columns along Ayala Ave., to name a few.
2017
DATEM received the Quadruple A license from the PCAB, the highest category given to construction firms, as a testament to the company’s impressive financial capacity, building experience and technical expertise.
2018
DATEM was awarded triple ISO certifications for its Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015), and Occupational Health and Safety System (ISO 18001:2007).
2019
In celebration of its 35th anniversary, DATEM launched a new corporate identity to highlight is position as the industry’s trusted builder.
