Jollibee bringing to PH food chain Panda Express

Food retailing giant Jollibee Foods Corp. will soon open at SM Megamall the first Philippine branch of US-based Panda Express, America’s largest family-owned and operated Chinese food chain.

Jollibee disclosed on Monday, Sept. 30, the first location of Panda Express, the restaurant chain that popularized American-Chinese cuisine, but declined to say the exact opening date.

“As it stretches from coast to coast and around the world, the Panda Express will soon arrive in Manila. Finally, Filipinos will get to enjoy dining in America’s favorite Chinese restaurant,” Jollibee said.

To date, Panda Express has more than 2,000 restaurants all over the world, and with close to 39,000 associates. /TSB
