OPMC encourages its sales force and partners to come up with more creative ways to accomplish their tasks.

With today’s robust and booming property landscape, it is highly crucial for real estate developers to have a solid sales arm that can effectively market and sell their projects well, and provide steadfast support both to the company and its clients.

Orchard Property Marketing Corp. (OPMC), a marketing arm of Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (SLLI), recently conducted its first OPMC Sales Summit with the theme, “One with OPMC.”

The summit was a gathering of sales performers with the purpose of improving the sellers’ skills, promoting better teamwork and reinforcing support programs to help the sales team in achieving the year’s goals.

It has been among OPMC’s core values to hone the skills of its staff and partners by encouraging them to come up with more creative ways to accomplish their tasks; pushing them to strive even harder especially in the face of new challenges; and  urging them to practice teamwork regardless of division.

OPMC: one with the sales forceFor “One with OPMC,” all sellers throughout the country gathered in one venue for the first time to review the company’s sales performance and set new sales targets for the remaining half of 2019.  It also aimed to help sellers meet—or even exceed–their sales targets for the year with the company’s well-coordinated support programs.

A total of 182 sellers from North and South Luzon, Cebu, Negros Occidental, Iloilo and Davao attended the summit which was held in Club Balai Isabel, Talisay, Batangas.

Present at the summit were OPMC president Eduardo Tirona; OPMC senior vice president, Antonio Robles; Teresa Severo, vice president for Finance and administration; William Santos, national sales director for in-house network; Anthony Tirona, national sales director for broker network; Anne Javier, national marketing manager; Princess Reosa, Luzon sales supervisor; Sheila Garcia, sales service manager; Marielle Santos, admin manager; Pinky Ren, operation audit manager; Lee Nen Rivero, accounting supervisor; Shermaine Dacayana, HR supervisor; Melissa Lim, Negros branch head; Omar Bulambot, Davao branch head; Fem Lumberio, regional sales and marketing officer; and Saison Dampios, acting Cebu branch head.

Olen Juarez-Lim, the first Filipina to be certified as a professional image development consultant by the London Image Institute and Imageworks Asia (Singapore), conducted a professional presence and civility seminar.  Its goal was to help the sellers build their personal brands and excel and outclass their rivals in the real estate industry.

OPMC started out as an in-house marketing division of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Inc. (SLRDI).  In 1995, OPMC established itself as an independent marketing firm that exclusively sells SLRDI and SLLI projects.
