Property developer Megaworld Corp. has brought to the property market P3 billion worth of new upscale residential inventory in an area pitched as a “billionaire’s row” within McKinley West township in Taguig.

The new residential hub called The Albany Yorkshire Villa is expected to be completed in 2023.

The project offers 64 residential suites ranging from 121 square meters for two-bedroom units and 133 sqm for three-bedroom units. The four-bedroom penthouse suites offer 349 sqm of three-level space with a private infinity pool at the roof deck.

“The Albany caters to a niche market of highly discerning privileged few who want to live in an exclusive community of affluent urban-dwellers. This isn’t a place to be seen, but a private abode where everything is still within easy reach,” Rachelle Peñaflorida, Megaworld vice president for sales and marketing, said in a press statement.
