Amid an aggressive store expansion plan, the country’s top home retailer is set to secure its presence online.

On Wednesday, Wilcon Depot launched its digital store in an effort to bring a more innovative and convenient shopping experience to customers. This feature is expected to complement existing Wilcon stores.

According to Wilcon Depot SEVP-chief operating officer Rosemarie B. Ong, a digital store offers an opportunity for them to go into a new platform.

“More valued customers can now easily and more conveniently build big ideas for their homes through the expansion of our presence in the e-commerce scene. This is our way of strengthening our commitment in offering excellent customer-focused services,” Ong said.

“As e-commerce makes progress in the retail landscape, Wilcon Depot is also taking efforts to be visible to more potential customers, who have ready access to the internet. Moving towards our goal to serve our customers well, this initiative to establish our brand in the digital world will surely result to better customer engagement through the e-commerce platform,” added Wilcon Depot president and chief executive officer Lorraine Belo-Cincochan.

Enjoy the convenience of shopping at Wilcon by visiting shop.wilcon.com.ph, or you can visit any of its 51 branches across the country.

Wilcon shoppers can now browse product information and shop online from Wilcon’s wide range of home improvement and construction supplies by visiting shop.wilcon.com.ph.

More homeowners and builders can take advantage of the advanced features of Wilcon’s online site, where they can know more about the company’s promos, as well as branch locations, among others.

According to Ong, the digital store will initially be applicable for stores in Metro Manila and will focus on Wilcon’s exclusive and private label brands. Consumers have the option to pick up or have their purchases delivered to their homes.

“Wilcon is ready to face new challenges in building a sustainable online retail store and in elevating our customers’ shopping experience. We are excited to reach new heights as we continue to fulfill our mission to help every homeowner build, improve, and refine their homes for a comfortable life,” Ong said.
