/ 05:44 AM February 12, 2018

Property developer Anchor Land is building a new 29-story modern office-warehouse facility in Divisoria, Manila, as part of its efforts to grow recurring revenues and serve the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

The new warehouse facility, to be called Juan Luna Logistics, will be the company’s third logistics hub after One Soler in Binondo and One Logistics in Baclaran.

The new facility will rise in front of 168 Shopping Mall, allowing clients to transport their goods conveniently into their retail stores.

“Our logistics facility is strategically located at the heart of Divisoria, the number one bargain district for Filipinos, to [help] our SMEs efficiently meet their logistical requirements with minimal transport cost,” said Anchor Land CEO Steve Li.

Juan Luna Logistics offers generous storage spaces with a density of only eight units per floor, providing tenants an option to use the extra space for office purposes or as display area. —DORIS DUMLAO-ABADILLA
