Developer set to create more milestones
Over the next five years, Empire East Land Holdings Inc. is expected to allocate some P25 billion to further expand its development footprint.
This move, according to Empire East president Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu, was meant to ensure the company’s future profitability and to further expand its land bank, which has a total area of 404 hectares that are worth some P2.9 billion.
At the same time, this commitment likewise served as an inspiration for Empire East to keep pushing forward with its vision of providing homes that positively impact the lives of many Filipinos.
“It is Empire East’s goal to forge ahead and mark even more milestones as we continue to seize new growth prospects,” Yu said.
Currently, the projects of Empire East have enjoyed strong take-up amid a competitive market. The company’s transit-oriented developments namely Little Baguio Terraces, Pioneer Woodlands and San Lorenzo Place are nearly sold out.

“We take pride in how our communities have taken shape over the years. They embody the kind of integrated, multi-faceted lifestyle we envisioned for its residents today,” Yu added.
Empire East was also optimistic that the Covent Garden and Mango Tree Residences, located in the Sta. Mesa area and San Juan City, respectively, will continue to perform well. Pre-selling demand, it disclosed, continues to be robust for the remaining residential units of the two projects.
