For the necessity of the business’ success, most leaders were driven to set aside their individuality. The difficulty of going through such lengths will eventually take its toll on their personal identities, most importantly for leaders. Whenever we repress a leader’s identity, we limit their potential for growth and their capacity to propel organizations, businesses and communities to new heights and be more purposeful.

This year, we will go back to finding our own leadership identities – and what makes our personal brand. We normally take this for granted and use carelessly to market ourselves without fully knowing what it actually carry, and its larger-than-life duty that extends beyond self-promotion.

In the 16th Achievers & Leaders Summit, we will draw together what makes a leader’s personal brand – the representation of the value you can deliver to your people, clients, industry and community. This is what people depend upon, and provides the platform so they can see you as a great leader, mentor and model to follow.

We will feature several inspiring speakers and thought leaders from various industries to share their rich experience and expertise in how to build a strong leadership brand and create maximum impact to your stakeholders.

One of our speakers is none other than the “Preacher in Blue Jeans” himself, Bo Sanchez. In his session “Building Leadership Value: Making an Impact on People’s Lives” he will guide delegates to live out out a leadership example and its teachings that underscore making an impact on people’s lives, improve relationship, and put forth problems as opportunities to practice faith. Bo Sanchez is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, international speaker, preacher and lay minister in the Philippines. He is the founder of a religious community in the Philippines, The Light of Jesus.

One might think that your personal brand is no more than just self-promotion, but it signifies much more. In her session “How to Manage Your Personal Brand with Poise, Presence, and Polish,” and “How to Succeed in the International Business Arena” International etiquette expert, author and speaker, Jacqueline Whitmore, is here to help you package yourself for success by refining your personal brand through cultivating presence, polish, professionalism, and passion. With more than a decade of experience, Jacqueline has helped thousands of people around the world learn to be more confident and courteous in business and social institutions.

Achieve authenticity, inspirational leadership and deliverability by defining your core principles and what makes your personal brand as a leader through Gerry Plana’s session entitled “Leadership Branding Defined.” Through this session, we will define how leadership brand and why it is substantial in bringing change in the organization.

He is the Chief Executive of the Investors in People – Philippines. Concurrently, he is an accredited Investor in People Practitioner (both Adviser and Assessor). He’s trained and accredited by Investors in People International, based in UK.

Meanwhile, David Sutherland of International Care Ministries will be with us to spread his advocacies through his session “Develop Your Personal Brand as a Leader: Making an Impact in Society.” Grow your integrity, work with your stakeholders and foster a strong confidence among your people by committing yourself in building a tangible sense of community. For David, the important issue the word needs to address is global poverty. As a business person, he believes that when a group of like-minded people get together, they can think of solutions by using the same of set of skills acquired in business and make a difference.
