ArthaLand recently announced its foray into the Visayas and Mindanao markets with its purchase of a prime property in Cebu.
The boutique property company is set to change the property landscape in the VisMin region by bringing in its experience in specialized certified sustainable developments in the bustling Cebu City. It plans to develop a world class, green office project to provide at least 51,000 square meters of quality space in the projects’ first phase. The green property developer is on course with the delivery of the second tower of its flagship residential project, Arya Residences, beginning the first quarter of this year. Arya Residences is the country’s first and only top end residential condominium to be on target to achieve dual green building certification from the United States Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program and the Philippine Green Building Council’s BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) program. Arya Residences is located along McKinley Drive in Bonifacio Global City.
