During the launch, the Numi aroused the attention of the architects present and deemed it as an “extraordinary toilet that is seen for the first time in Manila.”

In a statement, Kohler Co. said this bold advancement in toilet technology marks the start of the company’s reshaping of the way luxury and bathing is seen in the country. It was specifically built to have all its technological functions profiled in one compact space, thus giving users unrivaled water efficiency and advanced bidet technology.
According to Kohler Co., the Numi’s sleek, minimalist yet modern geometric design envelope both form and functionality, as well as luxury and comfort.
The Numi boasts of a motion-activated lid and seat-front sensors that react to the users’ every movement, for hands-free opening and closing of the cover. Motion at the floor level also engages sensors to raise and lower seat, the company further said.
The Numi also has an advanced bidet functionality that features a self-cleaning wand for multiple options for water spray pattern, thus allowing users to adjust wand position, water pressure and temperature to their desired preferences. Also, an integrated air dryer located in the wand guarantees more efficient drying.

What further makes Numi a cut above the rest is that it is packaged with a built-in music which makes every bathroom trip a more relaxing and soothing experience.
The built-in speakers allow you to play a selection from the Numi toilet’s preprogrammed audio, FM radio or to connect your MP3 player through the audio input jack in the remote docking station. It also has a deodorizer and illuminated panels.
During the cold months, another Numi feature will come in very handy: the heated seat, which can be adjusted to your own level of comfort. The warm air from floor-level vents that the Numi emits will likewise heat the floor surface affording a warm feeling to every users’ feet.
Despite all the modern features that the Numi carry, this particular toilet seat can help save on water bills as its dual flush technology—with 0.6 and 1.28 gallons per flush—uses 20 percent less water compared to any standard flush while meeting strict flushing guidelines.
The technologically advanced Numi, which carries a three-year warranty, will soon be made available in the Philippine market.
