Lucio Tan’s Eton steps up work on 12-hectare QC township
MANILA, Philippines—Tycoon Lucio Tan’s property development arm Eton Properties Philippines has stepped up the development of its 12-hectare Quezon City township development Eton Centris with the rollout of the first luxury residential condominium development in the area.
In a press briefing, Eton president Danilo Ignacio announced that the first of the three planned towers of upscale development Ascent would soon rise at the heart of Eton Centris, the gateway to the Triangle Park central business district (CBD). “Ascent promises residents a luxurious lifestyle in an exceptional location. The project answers increasing demand for a strategically located address in Quezon City,” he said.
The first tower of Ascent will offer 230 units starting from 29-square-meter studio units. Targeting young upwardly mobile professionals, newlyweds and early nesters, Ascent will also feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units. ‘
The units are priced at P2.9 million for the studio units, P3.7 million for the one-bedroom units, P7.1 million for the two-bedroom units and P11 million for the three-bedroom units.
Triangle Park CBD is envisioned to be the next major central business district in Metro Manila, similar to what Ortigas Center is to Pasig and Mandaluyong City or what the Makati CBD is to Makati City.
Featuring an iconic design and incorporating green architecture, Ascent is targeted to provide a quiet, genteel and upscale green-oriented lifestyle in the heart of Quezon City’s upcoming Triangle CBD.

A typical floor at the building’s low zone has a maximum of only 16 units. The building’s upper zone houses only six units, thus seen offering expansive living spaces.

The project will be complemented by a retail arcade at the ground floor, amenities such as an adult and children’s pool, a function room for social events, a gym, landscaped jogging trails and veranda.
Eton Centris is located at the corner of major thoroughfares EDSA Highway and Quezon Avenue. It is also directly connected to the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) – Quezon Avenue Station.
