Wilcon Depot, the trusted name in the construction and home furnishing industry, is making major waves in the retail construction arena with the launch of its newest branch at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.

The celebration started with the traditional motorcade joined by Wilcon business partners. Led by Wilcon’s mascot, Wil, cars roamed around the city of Makati and Taguig, announcing the good news to the homebuilders and enthusiasts.

Marking the official launch of the depot was the ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Wilcon president and CEO William Belo, senior executive vice president and COO Rosemarie Ong and executive vice president and CFO Lorraine Belo Cincochan. They were joined by Wilcon local and international suppliers from China, Hong Kong and the United States, who flew in the country to celebrate this feat. It was followed by the store blessing, showering of coins and dragon dance to welcome prosperity and success. Wilcon’s Rose Ong expressed the company’s gratitude in making the company’s goal in expanding its operations a success. Sumptuous lunch was served to all the guests.

Wilcon also made shopping with kids comfortable with the kid’s play area found inside the store. Newest set of loyal clients

Early this year, Wilcon also launched the newest set of loyal and treasured clients joining the Wilcon Stories campaign in a press briefing held at Chef Jessie’s 100 Revolving Restaurant in Libis, Quezon City.

The event introduced renowned culinary expert Chef Jessie Sincioco and fashion and home design icon Cesar Gaupo as Wilcon’s newest brand ambassadors under Wilcon Stories communication campaign. Long-time customers of Wilcon, both personalities will share their own shopping and homebuilding experiences with Wilcon along with the reasons why Wilcon is their top of mind choice for their homebuilding needs. Their stories will be featured on various media platforms such as glossy magazines, newspapers and at GMA News TV program “HomeBase.”

Launched in January 2014, Wilcon Stories is a campaign that highlights Wilcon partnership stories with select patrons.
