MANILA, Philippines — A subsidiary of the Robinsons Land Corp. has bagged the contract for the long term lease and development of a prime lot located along Lawton Avenue, south of Bonifacio Global City, the state run Bases Conversion and Development Authority said Tuesday.
In a statement, BCDA president and CEO Arnel Paciano D. Casanova said Altus San Nicolas Corp. signed the contract with the agency last week for the development of the 5,000-square-meter Lawton Corporate Center Lot.
“We are confident that the development of the 5,000-sq.m. Lawton Corporate Center Lot by Altus will augur well for the country’s economy as the development will serve as a catalyst to generate more jobs and investments in the area,” Casanova said.
Among the possible projects that Altus could undertake for the Lawton Center are the development of commercial, retail, offices and BPO (business process outsourcing) buildings.
Altus won the bidding with an offer of P560.8 million, inclusive of a 12 percent value added tax (VAT).
