Azure focuses on resort-themed residences

As everyone knows, the face of Azure is international style icon Paris Hilton. The celebrity flew in for the launch of the Paris Beach Club at Azure, on the invite of John Victor Antonio, Century’s chief operating officer.

Paris was effusive about the Azure, saying, “I can’t believe how fast the project was accomplished!” Azure is her first design collaboration, and she added, “This is probably the one project I’m most proud about because real estate is something that runs in my blood.”

Antonio noted that Azure is envisioned to be an urban paradise, where residents can enjoy the beach and resort amenities without having to leave the city. The multilevel Paris Beach Club, with design features specified by Paris, and the adjacent manmade Azure Beach, further adds to the experience.

As with other Century Properties projects, Azure has full facilities for its residents, including spaces for intimate gatherings, dining, fitness, play and relaxation. There is a stylish lobby with comfy velvet chairs, a colorful ice cream and candy bar, a social lounge for intimate meetings, an exclusive spa and fitness center, and indoor and outdoor restaurants. Additionally, there are entertainment facilities in the Paris Beach Club, including a game room, a cozy theater and day care center.

Azure Urban Residences will be a total of nine towers over six hectares of prime space in Parañaque City. All nine are already open with 86 percent presold as of December 2013. When completed, Azure will have 33 hectares of floor area.

Century is riding the real estate wave, it seems. Last year  was a sales record, with close to 1,300 units turned over and sales of P24.6 billion. This month, 550 units will be turned over in the newly completed St. Tropez tower, the third of Azure’s nine towers.

Other projects of the Century group include Knightsbridge Residences, a British-themed development, and the newly opened Century City Mall in Makati. The outpatient IT-medical building Centuria Medical Makati will be done in the last quarter of the 2014.
