Azure focuses on resort-themed residences
The scorching heat makes us want to stay indoors all day or spend the weekend lying on the beach. Now, a property in the center of Manila can make both possible without having to fly or drive kilometers away.
Azure Urban Resort Residences (www.azure.com.ph) has just opened, a project of Century Properties Group, the forerunner of premium real estate developments in the country. Azure focuses on resort-themed residences, perfect for our warm weather.
As everyone knows, the face of Azure is international style icon Paris Hilton. The celebrity flew in for the launch of the Paris Beach Club at Azure, on the invite of John Victor Antonio, Century’s chief operating officer.
Paris was effusive about the Azure, saying, “I can’t believe how fast the project was accomplished!” Azure is her first design collaboration, and she added, “This is probably the one project I’m most proud about because real estate is something that runs in my blood.”
Antonio noted that Azure is envisioned to be an urban paradise, where residents can enjoy the beach and resort amenities without having to leave the city. The multilevel Paris Beach Club, with design features specified by Paris, and the adjacent manmade Azure Beach, further adds to the experience.

Additionally, there are entertainment facilities in the Paris Beach Club, including a game room, a cozy theater and day care center.

Century is riding the real estate wave, it seems. Last year was a sales record, with close to 1,300 units turned over and sales of P24.6 billion. This month, 550 units will be turned over in the newly completed St. Tropez tower, the third of Azure’s nine towers.
Other projects of the Century group include Knightsbridge Residences, a British-themed development, and the newly opened Century City Mall in Makati. The outpatient IT-medical building Centuria Medical Makati will be done in the last quarter of the 2014.
Century Properties currently has close to 30 buildings in different stages of development. Since it was founded in 1986, the company has transformed close to a million square meters of space into premier residential and office developments in and outside Metro Manila.
Century Properties has become synonymous with quality real estate projects that showcase the best of innovations and world-class design, with a desire to contribute to the transformation of the Philippines into a global destination. See www.century-properties.com for details.
