Filinvest reveals BMW-X1 winner
Filinvest Land Inc. president and chief executive officer Josephine Gotianun Yap drew the lucky winner in the Filinvest Dream&Drive raffle promo last Oct. 18 at the Filinvest headquarters in Mandaluyong. Present during the draw were company management and staff and a representative of the Department of Trade and Industry.
The winning buyer, Amos Pat R. de la Vega, is a new homeowner at Capri Oasis, Pasig—a Filinvest mid-rise condominium development. De la Vega will bring home a brand-new BMW-X1 Sports Activity Vehicle.
The Filinvest Dream&Drive raffle promo is the company’s way of not only giving tribute to the self-made homeowners but also thanking them for choosing a Filinvest home.
As the company’s first car promo, Filinvest chose BMW, a manufacturer known to produce impressive cars and places a premium on superior quality and high customer satisfaction—qualities that Filinvest also adheres to.
The company also recognized the efforts of the property seller. De la Vega’s property agent, Benita G. Valenton, will take home a brand-new MacBook Air.
