Topnotch condos for deserving students

By

SMDC’s Sun Residences is a haven for students in the university belt district.

As summer draws to a close, parents now engage in a different kind of hunt.

Whereas months before, parents were scouting for perfect summer destinations for their children, now and over the next few weeks, they will surely be kept busy looking for the most convenient, conducive and secure apartment or condominium unit where their kids can stay throughout the coming school year.

To help parents in their hunt, Inquirer Property will be featuring in the coming weeks different property developments near colleges and universities to give them a list of options and enable them to decide which one of these will address the needs of their children.

SM Development Corp. (SMDC), for one, believes that five of its projects can provide students an environment conducive for long and tedious study hours, and more importantly, a safe and comfortable unit near their campuses. These projects likewise boast amenities and facilities that

“When homes are near the school, students can focus a lot more on their school work and even find time for other hobbies and interests to further develop their character, while also easing their already busy routines,” SMDC said.

“Students need not bear with long hours of traffic, as SMDC’s residential projects are accessible via public transport and are near major roads. Parents residing in provinces or abroad are assured of their children’s safety and convenience at SMDC’s topnotch condos,” the company further explained.

Depending on one’s location, parents and students may want to consider the following SMDC developments:
